AVLE - AAA/LSP -
Veterans/DHS
How to Begin
The Area Agency on Aging and Legal Services Programs(AAA/LSP) along
with Arkansas Volunteer Lawyers for the Elderly (AVLE) work together
to provide free legal help for elderly people living in rural Arkansas
counties. Because the AAA's do not have any attorneys on staff, they
will refer an elderly client to AVLE if it appears to be a legal problem
that AVLE can handle.
Who do you need to contact?
If you need legal assistance, you must contact your local AAA/LSP office
first. They will then determine if your case it one that AVLE can handle.
